The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) extends its warmest   congratulations to the following TOPNOTCHERS in the recently concluded August 2024 Sanitary Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the list of one hundred five (105) successful passers out of one hundred fifty-six (156) examinees across the nation.
