The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) extends its warmest congratulations to the following TOPNOTCHERS in the recently concluded September 2024 Librarians Computer-Based Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the list of three hundred seventy-six (376) successful passers out of seven hundred seventy-one (771) examinees across the nation.
