Out of 17 examinees, Ms. Ma. Dani Vi Patal Edrad, an alumna of the University of the Philippines – Diliman, was announced as the lone passer of the recently concluded Real Estate Consultant Licensure Examination.

The said examination is composed of the written part that was held in Manila and Cebu on December 07, 2022; while a revalida or revalidation of results, was conducted last January 09 – 13, 2023.
