The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) applauds the successful takers and the TOP TEN examinees who garnered the highest rankings of the recently concluded February 2025 Master Plumbers Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from one thousand four hundred seventy-five (1,475) successful passers out of the three thousand three hundred forty (3,340) examinees in N. C. R., Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, and Zamboanga.
